Cancellation Policy and Regulations
- In case of cancellation, the applicable standard is based on the check-in time on the date of use. (Economy 18:00, other rooms at 16:00)
- In case of consecutive nights, the check-in date of the first night is applied.
- It is applied differently as follows depending on the number of reserved rooms.
1. When the number of reserved rooms is 1 or more and 4 or less

3. When there are more than 20 reserved rooms

Cancellations and refunds of payments are not possible in the following cases.
1. When the check-in time has elapsed (including No Show)
2. If you have already entered the room
3. In case of cancellation on the day of check-in
4. In case of staying underage
5. In case of change of stay date
6. In case of purchasing non-cancellable and non-refundable products
1. If the reservation is canceled within 1 hour after completing the reservation, cancellation and refund processing is possible except for the above "non-cancellable matters".
2. Free cancellation is possible if the stay is impossible due to duplicate reservations or omissions, or if the guest does not wish to stay.
3. In the case of force majeure due to natural disasters, bad weather, disease, government policy, etc., free cancellation is possible if one of the conditions below is met.
(1) When the hotel is unable to stay on the day of check-in due to the circumstances of the hotel
(2) When it is impossible for the customer to move on the day of check-in (if there is an alternative means of transportation or if there is no request to submit supporting data)

Room reservation and usage information
1. There are a total of 11 different room types at Hotel Gite, and even though the rooms are of the same type, there are few rooms that are identical in terms of the composition, layout and design of the internal facilities. Please note that photos of all rooms are not registered on the website, so there may be differences between the posted photos and the actual rooms.
2. Economy rooms are only on the 2nd floor, and you can enter the room after 6pm, cleaning starts later than other rooms. Advance admission is not possible in a short time, so please do not make any mistake.
3. Some of the Standard terrace rooms have a bathtub, but some do not. Rooms with bathtubs can be assigned on the reservation order, first-served basis, and refunds are not possible because there is no bathtub. If you need a bathtub, please contact us in advance to make a reservation.
4. Some of the Suite terrace rooms have a whirlpool spa and some have a bathtub, and rooms with a whirlpool spa are assigned on the reservation order, first served basis or randomly. Because it is not a whirlpool spa, refunds are not possible after reservation, so if you want to use a whirlpool spa, please contact us in advance to make a reservation.
5. Kids Terrace rooms are connected to two rooms, so you can open or close the rooms with sliding doors.
Pool usage guide
1. There are two types of rooms with a pool in the hotel (Royal Suite, Royal Suite Terrace).
2. The pool water service fee is 80,000 won per night, separate from the room rate, and can be paid in advance or at check-in. Whirlpool spa in the same room is free.
3. Mid-Hot water can be provided in the pool, and the temperature can be adjusted upon prior request. Basically, it is supplied with lukewarm water.
4. If you wish to use the pool, you must contact the hotel at least 3 hours prior to use to prepare in advance. (Takes more than 1 hour)
5. Water supply to the pool is not allowed after 8 PM, and use of the pool is prohibited during late night hours to avoid disturbing the sleep of other guests.
6. We ask that you do not drain water directly after using the pool. Due to the large amount of drainage, noise and regurgitation may occur in the lower floors, which may interfere with sleeping and rest. Please note that the hotel maid team will drain the water directly when cleaning after leaving the room.
Breakfast Guide
1. Free breakfast is provided to all guests.
2. The venue is the cafeteria on the 1st floor, and is served from 7:30 to 9:00 on weekdays and from to 9:30 on weekends.

The menu is brunch style with coffee
beans, bread/beverage, cereal/milk, cup noodles/kimchi, boiled eggs, and some
vegetables/fruits.
However, some menus may be changed or reduced depending on the season and
government policy.
4. The breakfast provided is often purchased and provided in small quantities for freshness, but there are some people who take large quantities of some foods such as fruit and eggs, so the purchased ingredients may be insufficient. Please refrain from doing so for others.
Other Guide
1. A separate cost of 20,000 won per bedding set is added for separately from the number of people.
2. The air conditioner can be individually adjusted in each room (adjustable with the button on the lower part of the TV remote control), and the air conditioner may stop working in winter or during heating, so we can use it individually upon request at the front desk.
3. Heating (ondol floor) is controlled at the front desk (center). However, individual heating temperature can be adjusted for each room upon request from the room.
4. Wi-fi can be used for free, and you can use it for free without a password if you select the room number entered in the Wi-Fi list after 1-5 minutes after inserting the check-in card.
5. There is a parking lot on the 1st floor on the right side of the front desk, and an underground parking lot on the left, and free self parking is possible without reserved seats. The public parking lot located in front of the hotel is also currently free, so free parking is possible for empty seats. If the parking lot is not available on weekends or during peak seasons, please contact the front desk and we will guide you to free parking in addition to the above locations.
6. Bed guards are not provided separately.
7. It is not possible to add a bed to the existing room. You can add additional bedding at an extra cost, but it cannot exceed the maximum number of people.
